Combine preserves, dressing, Trade East Minced Onion and Garden Seasoning in a medium bowl. Place chicken on sheet tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top each chicken breast with 1/4 cup (#16 scoop) of the preserve mixture. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked through and chicken is at least 170°F.
