Preparation Instruction

Wash hands. Combine Trade East Whole Rosemary Leaves, Fennel Seed, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ground Black Pepper and Salt in a food processor or blender. Process until fine. Stir in olive oil. Spread the mixture on both sides of lamb racks. Broil or grill about 8 to 10 minutes for medium, or until desired doneness. Carve into chops.
