Preparation Instruction
Salmon:Wash Hands. Coat all sides of fish with Trade East Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. Broil 8 to 10 inches from heat, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Tropical Fruit Salsa.
Tropical Fruit Salsa:
Wash Hands. Combine all ingredients; blend thoroughly. Serve over fish, pork or chicken. Store in refrigerator.
